Tips for planning
- Check before you go. Dates come from each organizer’s website and can change. Follow the links for the latest.
- Book early for busy weekends. Reserve lodging ahead for the Film Festival, the Yoga Festival and the holidays.
- Dress in layers. Sedona’s evenings get cold in winter, even after a mild day, and summer afternoons get hot, so hike early.
- Plan a Verde Valley day. Clarkdale and Cottonwood are close to Sedona and pair well for a day trip.
